I have know Lorry and his amazing laugh since I was in high school with Mike. He was a kind and generous man. He will be missed.

Lorry was always a great friend to us and someone who could always be relied upon with a joke, sharing a laugh, or to provide understanding and sympathy. We helped each other out on so many occasions and we spent a lot of time together when he lived near us.
While we fell out of touch after he moved out of state, we did talk on the phone occasionally over the years. We always think there will be time enough to catch up later – one of life’s cruel jokes.
Our hearts go out to Sara, Susan, Mike, Kay, and the rest of the family. May Lorry’s memory always be a blessing.

I met Lorry a few years ago when he and his beautiful wife, Susan came to Aging is Cool classes and social functions. Any time I looked over at Lorry, he was telling someone a story or sharing some interesting information …always with a smile and a laugh. He spread joy and positivity to the group. Susan, my heart is with you and full of prayers for you and your family. May his name be a blessing and may he rest in eternal peace. Love, Peggy

Jim and I shared many a meal with Susan and Lorry, lots of conversation over good food. Who could not have fun when Lorry was nearby, always a smile and that laugh! Unforgettable. Last year we were invited to participate in the family Seder held at Lorry and Susan’s home. We were welcomed by all and shared in the family love that surrounded us. It was an honor and privilege and one we will never forget. Even during this year of illness, I would run into Lorry occasionally, his face would light up with a smile and we would talk for a while. We grieve with those who loved him and we will miss him.
